User Agreement (Offer)

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a public offer by Petrosyantc Samvel (“Seller”) to any capable individual (“Buyer”) to purchase access to the Balón Tamer digital training program on the terms below.

By completing payment on Lava.top or otherwise starting paid access, the Buyer accepts this Agreement in full.

The Seller provides the Buyer with time-limited access to the Balón Tamer football technique training program and related in-app features available under the chosen subscription plan.

Access is delivered digitally through the app at https://balontamer.com after successful payment and account linking (same email as used for checkout).

The program content, modules, drills, and tools may be updated, expanded, or improved during the subscription period.

Current subscription options published on the landing include:

• 1 Month — $39 USD (total for the selected period)

• 3 Months — $69 USD (total for the selected period)

• 6 Months — $99 USD (total for the selected period)

• 12 Months — $119 USD (total for the selected period)

Prices are shown in USD on the landing. The final charge may be processed in the currency supported by Lava.top / the Buyer’s payment method.

The Seller may change published prices for future purchases. The price paid for an already purchased period stays valid until that period ends.

Payment is processed by Lava.top as the payment provider.

Access is granted after successful payment confirmation.

The Buyer is responsible for providing a valid email and using the same email in the app so access can be linked automatically.

Access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials or reselling access is not allowed.

The Buyer agrees not to copy, redistribute, or publicly re-upload program media and training materials except for personal training use.

The Seller may suspend access in case of abuse, fraud, or material breach of this Agreement.

The Buyer may cancel further auto-renewal (if enabled by the payment provider) according to Lava.top / in-app cancellation options. Access remains until the end of the already paid period.

Because the product is digital content with immediate access after payment, refunds are generally not provided after access is unlocked, except where required by mandatory consumer law or where the Seller agrees otherwise in writing.

The program provides educational football technique training guidance. Results depend on the Buyer’s consistency, physical condition, and context.

The Buyer should train safely and consult a qualified professional if they have injuries or health concerns. The Seller is not liable for injuries arising from training.

The service is provided “as is” within commercially reasonable efforts for uptime and quality.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the Seller’s total liability related to a purchase is limited to the amount actually paid by the Buyer for the relevant subscription period.

Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. This Agreement does not replace the Privacy Policy.

Mandatory consumer protections of the Buyer’s country of residence may apply and prevail where they cannot be waived.

Unenforceability of any clause does not affect the rest of the Agreement.
